David is extremely professional, understanding and treats all his clients with the upmost respect whereas most law office's see their clients as paychecks and case numbers. In my opinion this is the best law office in Harris County (perhaps even the state)

I HIGHLY recommend David Breston as an attorney. He was very quick in handling my case; he got my case dismissed in 3 months. Highly recommended the Law office of David A Breston! From the beginning the entire team is invested in your goal! I took an entire year (2015) to search for a great law firm that would help/guide/support me thru the adjustment status since previously I was horribly lied to & bad represented. Trust me I looked/reviewed and visited with many attorney's, that at the end of the day only cared about the bottom line $. In 2016 I met with Alma & Mr.David Breston, they were different, they listen to my case, offered me a great deal. Three years ago I had found myself in huge trouble. My cousin was the one who found out about Mr. Breston. The next day we met with him in his office to discuss about my case. Mr. Breston was very professional he was ready and very well prepared to fight my case. He would always go straight to the point and was very clear on the things I needed to do. Even when I found myself stressed he would try to make me feel relaxed and confident about my situation. Well long story short He was able to take my case to the grand jury even when the prosecutor was willing to drop my charges to a less serious one but He rejected any deal because he was confident he could dismiss my case. Long story short Mr. Breston was able to dismiss my case. I’m forever grateful with him, because of him I got my life and peace back. Now I’m continuing with my studies at Sam Houston university!
