Decided to have an in person interview through lawpoint, 30 min consultation. He called to reschedule earlier. I was unable to. But decided to have phone interview instead. Half the questions I asked he either said "I'm no sure" or "you can look online". Those are not answers needed for immigration advice. The "30" minute consultation felt rushed so I just decided to finish the call and he eagerly hanged up almost as if to say "finally off the phone". I had high Hope's. He seemed like an awesome attorney but disappointed at his customer service and immigration knowledge

I hired David for my asylum case in 2016. Till the day of the immigration interview, he never opened my file and never added anything to the file i prepared myself. His assistant will ask me if there anything I want to include in my case as if I was the expert. All they were concerned about was me to make the payment before we go the interview. My asylum was denied because David and his team did not prepared anything. If you want to waste your time and money, hire him.

I was very impressed with Mr. David Breston. I would like to thank him for giving me my life back. I am a habitual offender and was looking at 25 year's to life in prison for an assault on a family member. When I met Mr Breston my case was already set for trial. Immediately he went to work on my case,I had no problem with communicating with him.He was straight forward and to the point.Three months later by the grace of God my case was dismissed. Mr. David Breston made the unbelievable happen with my case. I had a warrant set for my arrest, due to a probation violation I received due to my fiancé’s jealous ex whom fabricated some lies to try to tear me down. Mr. Breston listened, understood, and was able to terminate my probation early. I am forever grateful because he gave me my life back!! I would definitely recommend him, in a heartbeat.
