He didn’t show up to half my court dates .. kept looking at my chest as he had conversations.. didn’t keep his word . Kept telling me my case will be thrown out and got me doing papers for a year plus 7k in court fees . He kept sending someone else saying “I can’t make it there’s another case I have to be at” I trusted him to help me from his word, recommended by someone else and the person he kept sending to fight my case kept saying the complete opposite in front of the judge instead of defending my case. Lack of communication and commitment. I regret getting this attorney be aware he will take ur money send someone else and leave you with a heavy bill at the end. I would NOT hire again.

Whom ever is answering the calls needs to be retrained on how to announce the law office and not have an unprofessional tone and attitude. Called and the gentleman answered with a frustrated tone. What a way to earn clients for the lawyer. 2-13-24

Had a family member detained by immigration when flying in through IAH. He had a permanent resident card but due to his criminal record he had been detained and served with a deportation. I reached out to many attorneys on a Sunday the day of his detention. David answered me the same day and started helping me immediately. I spoke with 3 other attorneys and picked David due to his knowledge and professionalism. He pushed things very fast and we were able to have the merit court in a little over a month. David and mayra were very diligent and experienced in the documents we needed to submit for the case. We had very short time to submit everything. It was a very very hard case because of the charges he had in his record but David was able to win the case . David studied all the documents we had submitted and had so much knowledge with the case. Felony on video case dismissed!!!! This man has been a blessing to me. At the time of my sentencing information I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard dismissed. I didn’t get the chance to thank David and let him know that I am very grateful for him as he saved my life. Choose him as your attorney if you have doubts use me as proof he works miracles!!!
