I have had to hire a few attorneys in my life. Penny is the best Lawyer I’ve come across. She seems to genuinely care about your situation and listens to you. My case was a bit complicated and fell into a grey area, but to simplify it, I was told by multiple other attorneys that I had consulted that I would not be able to get my mugshot removed from a website because that website claimed it was a “news reporting organization” and somehow posting my mugshot was protected free speech. Since being arrested, I had received an order of non-disclosure after successfully completing a deferred adjudication program. Penny expressed that she felt that what the website was doing was not right. She was able to get the mugshot removed where others had said it was not possible. Huge thanks to her and I highly recommend her to others. Hopefully I don’t need any more attorneys, but if I do I’ll ask Penny first.
