I found Ms. White online and did a little research before I contacted her. She seemed to have the experience and her ratings were good. To say the least, it's the best decision I ever made. She walked me through the possible outcomes based off of what I told her, and when she received the report, she had the case dismissed. The previous attorney I hired had the case for over a year and made no progress what so ever. Ms. White did it within the first few weeks. I've never been more grateful nor thoroughly impressed. I'm going get to point and tell you that this attorney is exactly what my previous attorney wasn't. Penny responded to my issue quickly and even though I didn't get a dismissal as I was promised by previous attorney, that drag me through courts for a yr and didn't help or defend me ever time my bond was being considered and was revoked for some of the petty things that could be explained but...I think Penny did very well for only having a very short time to get prepared for our bond hearing and she got me off bond and that's almost impossible considered it's Romana Franklin court, the judge that doesn't give a reason for revoked bonds. Penny, contact me Sunday and 6am to inform on my case, and my previous attorney never did anything but bs me for a yr. Anyway, I got my case resolved and got a probation considered I was facing 5yrs on just one of the cases and I just happy to avoid prison, and the probation I got didn't require any stipulations, or fees and only do inpatient program for a few months is better than what I was facing or sitting in custody till ? So, don't waste your money on these attorney's that have bs skills, Penny has nearly 40yrs of experience and she was reasonable with her fee. And several of my friends told me about her and that she would take care of the issue quickly and she did that ! Hopefully if you're ready this post she'll be your first choice and if so then you be in good shape. Thanks again Penny!

Ok so here's the deal..... I can not sing this woman enough praise!!!!! I was assigned court appointed attorney for a legal case that was absolutely bogus. After 3 court dates and absolutely no help I decided I better lawyer up so that's exactly what I did. I looked up lawyers that are here local in my area and I called all of them. After talking with Mrs Penny the decision was easy to make. She was totally engaged, easy to get ahold of, always made me feel that she was involved, and in the court room she was professional and on top of it and thankfully because of her they dropped my case.
