Totally recommend this law firm.

The lady that answers the phone is so rudeeeeeee!!!!! Worst experience ever! I called to ask about my court date since I hired them to represent me and she got all loud and agitated with me for no reason! Please save your time and do not contact them, it was such a hassle to get the I formation i needed from them because she was so mad for no reason and didn't want to help me by simply providing me with my info!

First of all I'm a very very polite person because i treat people the way i want to be treated ... that been said, Mrs searle which is the lady that answers the phone was VERY VERY VERY RUDE with ZERO MANNERS; I called to explain to her the outcome of my case and my thoughts on it and she immediately started raising her voice and getting ANGRY. I told her there where was no communication from their part and i would've like to know more about the whole court process (this is my 2nd ticket EVER ) so my knowledge on this is small to nothing which is the reason why i hired them, as i was explaining to her she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME and when i tried to call back she NEVER answered. I came here because i was recommend by a friend, i felt a little off whenever i started reading the reviews but i trusted my friends feedback... ALL OF THE REVIEWS TALK BAD ABOUT HER AND IT IS TRUE SHE IS A VERY RUDE WOMAN.

Once again like always, he never fails. Maritsa and Kameron are your traffic ticket go to firm. I have been using their service since my first traffic citation in high school, 9 years ago. Ever since, I have fallen victim a few times to the police and traffic citations. Just one call to Maritsa is all it takes. If it was possible to give this guy less than 1 star I would. Incredibly rude paralegal, inept service, and complete unprofessionalism. Never in my life has a law firm I've hired hung up the phone on me.

I love this law office. I have used for traffic violations for the past 10+ years (minor speeding and similar tickets) and Marissa is always helpful. She is knowledgeable and makes you feel like a good friend is looking out for you.
