I called and spoke to Marissa who was more than helpful!!! Not sure why the 1 review is negative on Yelp but I couldn't have been more thrilled to speak to someone knowledgable, personable eager to take care of me! Great review from friend on Facebook made me call. Looking forward to meeting Kameron!

Horrible Assistant Marisa was referred to this attorney by my boss. all websites talk about how helpful Marisa will be. As soon as she found out my court and judge she proceeded to complain about how long she would have to sit in court and basically it wasn't worth it. I said thanks and disconnected and decided to call back to talk to the attorney. Marisa wasn't going to let that happen. she says they know that she turns people away for this judge and that is what they practice and to stop calling her (loudly speaking at this point) then hung up on me.

I used Mr. Searle's services for a moving violation in 2011 and the experience went smoothly. I called recently (03/2012) to clarify something regarding my previous violation, and the receptionist / legal assistant was extremely rude and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. I was polite throughout the entire thirty second conversation. Her own confusion with my simple question and the idea that her colleague could have misspoken to me was apparently too much to bear. I have NEVER written a review for anything online, but I have also never been treated this poorly by someone working in a professional setting. I will never again use Kameron or his associates for any of my legal needs, and I will make sure to send my friends and family elsewhere. There are too many choices in Houston to put up with unprofessional attorneys. Take your business elsewhere.
