I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. The first attorney working on our case quit; we then had to pay additional fees to bring the second attorney up-to-speed. After our case was closed, the attorney takes a call from an unrelated party who thought the work he did was subpar (a Title company) and then he bills us for it! Why do we have to pay for him to give an opinion to parties of a transaction that we have no interest in and did not authorize? Anyway, I called to discuss this with the attorney and he had quit as well. So the two attorneys working on our case have quit this firm - that is not a good sign. I then spoke with Chris Heald, who I guess is in their billing department, and he was defensive, condescending, and rude. My advice is to be careful with whom you spend your money and entrust your important affairs - this is not that firm. UPDATE: Comments on Silberman's Response: 1) Hey everyone, I love how he put all the details of our case out there (which were not necessary in order to respond) - remember that when considering this firm; maybe they will enjoy sharing all the personal details of your case too. 2) we paid them $300/hour for a total of almost $10,000 for this case - I requested a refund for $270 that was billed 7 months after our case was settled and closed. Again, this was work we did not request nor authorize. I don't know what their financial situation is but this small refund was a BIG DEAL to them and was denied. 3) He is right in that I will never understand how I was billed for an hour he spent with a title company helping a third party buy my neighbor's property. I had no involvement in that. I wasn't the buyer nor the seller. So be advised, as Silberman acknowledges in their response, they will re-open your case and bill hours whenever any 3rd party calls with a question. Is that for eternity, I wonder? 4) there are many other attorneys in this city, take a chance with someone else.

The folks at Silberman handled my needs quickly and professionally. They explained the entire process before beginning and left me feeling very confident in their abilities. They followed through to filing completion and made sure I was satisfied.

I received a consultation from Drake Brown, and he truly is one of the most pleasant and patient attorneys I've ever encountered. He took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly discussed all available options with me.

Katherine Boyd is personable, very knowledgeable, and straight to the point. She patiently and professionally explained every step in the process regarding power of attorney and medical documents. It was a great experience and her fees are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Sadly, this was the most disappointing lawyer/client experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of my family's trust, I've had to consult with or hire various lawyers, and Silberman Law Firm was a major dissappointment. A key element to a successful attorney/client relationship is communication, and this element was truly lacking from this firm. I gave 2 stars for: 1. Their Admin. Asst. Ms. Gay communicated with me more than my attorney did. And 2. They were able to successfully resolve a portion of my case in the beginning, but totally fumbled the ball on the most important aspect of my case. And wouldn't return calls, or respond to numerous correspondences sent, some even titled URGENT, and I still wouldn't get a response. What "professional" does that?!...I had no other choice but to retain another firm to represent me. "It's not how you start that's important, but how you finish!” - Jim George.

I was recommended by a friend to call Silberman Law Firm to file a property memorandum. They assigned me Ms. Catherine Forte and she is an ethical, honest and knowledgeable attorney. She always responded in a timely manner and was very informative and very patient. I'm very satisfied with this firm and especially with Ms. Forte!! Thanks, Karen B

I'm so thankful for Alfaro’s amazing help from when I applied for the K1 marriage visa to becoming a citizen. He was always professional, knew his stuff, and supported me all the way. Very helpful. Needed some advice - so my son called for some insight on a direction he should go in a divorce. Heather took the time to truly explain and was very kind. Thank you! UPDATE TO REVIEW: My son hired Attorney Hughes. She accepted my son’s case with only about 4 days’ prep time - it was for his final divorce hearing. My son was able to get what the kids’ deserved and still addressed the concerns about his ex-wife. She is the BEST family law attorney if you have concerns about your children and their well being. She’s very knowledgeable and firm (in the best way). He unfortunately didn’t find her in the beginning. We couldn’t thank Ms. Hughes enough! We’re just glad a mutual acquaintance suggested her!

I was very pleased with the service received. Wyatt puts his judiciary duty to his clients first. It's refreshing to see a professional attorney like him, who is not all about the money. Wyatt is the best attorney I've ever seen!
