Ms. Henry is an amazing attorney, a true professional. She is always available on the phone/email and always responds to my queries promptly. I hired Ms. Henry for a child support enforcement case and also for a child support modification case. At first, I was reluctant to hire an attorney because I thought I would lose in court, and aside from not getting my child support payments from my ex-husband, I would be out more money on attorney fees. Many times I wanted to give up, I thought my case was hard to win because my ex-.husband claimed he did not earn much money, when I knew better. However, Ms. Henry fights to fair and just, she fights for what is right, especially when innocent children are involved. She knew the truth and fought for me. She is fantastic in the courtroom, and her knowledge during the proceeding were instrumental in my favor. Ms. Henry requested many court dates to deal with my ex-husbands excuses and Ms. Henry did not overcharge me and was very reasonable for her time. I hired Dustan Neyland a few gets ago for a DWI case that got dismissed. When a family member got arrested while we were out of town on vacation and was being held without bond, I knew exactly who to call. Dustan worked quickly to visit them at the jail and went to court the very next day to get a bond set. Dustan and associate at the firm, Ben Pearce, worked very hard on the case and were able to get the case reviewed and thrown out by a grand jury. We are grateful to know such wonderful, hard working attorney's.

My experience with this law firm Attorney Dustan Neyland was very successful! He came through for us after we paid for a lawyer that never showed up in court and I was in desperate need of a lawyer at the time. I contacted Mr. Neyland explained my situation and he showed up at my next court date without a retainer. Trusting my word that the payment was going to be made, Immediately he went to work on the case and by the grace of God the case was Dismissed the following year! I cannot say enough good things about Annette and her firm. Obviously a custody dispute is extremely stressful, however, Annette did her best to make the process as low stress as possible. She went out of her way to always discuss my concerns, even when some of them might have been irrelevant. She always personally answered my phone calls, and met me on weekends at a convenient time for my schedule. Most importantly, she was honest with me regarding the possible outcome and advised me when I should let certain minor issues go. As a lawyer and a client, I highly recommend the Henry Law Firm.
