Communication awful! Emails not answered, no voicemail, only telephone contact through operator and very difficult. I was seller and closed on Jan. 22, and buyer closed on Jan.23. Funds not received till Jan 29, as Patten email said, because "a notification or a communication was just missed". Closing interview 1 1/2 hours late due to poor communication on appointment time. Enough said, though there was more!
