Great help with closeing team 2

I want to give a shout out to Closing Team 2 at Patten. I typically am working 2-6 transactions at a time with them, and they are extremely helpful with some of the complicated scenarios and tight timelines we face. Miranda always has a friendly word while cheerfully making sure the file progresses, Shea is the voice of reason for confusing title situations, and Arjuna is responsive and on top of fast-moving communication as we get to closing. Thanks to the team for all you do!

I started in the mortgage business in 2006 and was immediately introduced to Patten title Company, since then I have worked with many title companies over the years. I wanted to write this review and tell the world that there are not words that can truly express how great closing team 2 has taken care of every file I send them. If I have any say in the matter every loan I can close is coming to Patten! Not only is the team great but the owner Ashley Patten will almost always be glad to help in anyway that he can. Lisa Murcia, have been a breath of fresh air. She is constantly trying to drum up more business and enjoys partnering with me to get that business so it is done right. Patten Title Company, you have built and excellent team (I would have never expected anything less) yet, everyone once in a while they still continue to raise the bar higher when I didn’t think it could be done.
