I have a big legal issue with them at moment. Screwed up a title policy on an investment property that i cannot sell now because title is not clear. They are the ones who insured it. After a week amd talking to 5 ppl, now they say we dont know how it happened and asked me to file a claim.
130k loss if i file a claim which i wont do.
Other title company offered more help than them to cure the issue.
Them, only say file a claim.
Planning to sue them if i can not fix it.
I someone from the company read it and reach out to me.

Patten title single handedly saved a deal from falling through after a different title company completely botched the job. Within a week they were able to fix all the errors of the previous title company, and be ready for closing. They were fast, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They have earned my business for life and I will never use another title company again as long as I have a choice.

I’ve done all of my house closings here, and every time they’re prompt with scheduling appointments, as well as very informative with all of the paperwork that needs to be done. If there are any concerns, they’re quick and knowledgeable to address them. Thank you all!
