Mrs. Gasana manage my NIW application. From the beginning she was very honest about the process and what to expect. USCIS had given me the run-around for months. Even after I paid the N400 application fee, I was asked to pay it again because time had lapsed, and the case was closed. My letters were not answered. Out of desperation, I went online and searched for and contacted several attorneys. Most of them did not even bother to respond to my inquiry, but Claudine Gasana responded quickly. That was how I met and retained her services. She took my case, and USCIS re-opened my case. She was very detailed and gave me a checklist of what to do and to submit. Her fees must be the lowest in Texas. It is apparent that she is not out to price-gouge her clients. She even accompanied me to my interview with USCIS and interjected her expertise when she sensed that USCIS was about to derail me for the second time. I did everything as Ms. Gasana instructed me, and I now have my citizenship!! Attorney Claudine Gasana is kind, professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and empathetic. The person who posted the only negative review must not have dealt with this attorney or must have been paid to disparage her reputation. That review is planted and is deceitful. That review must be about another lawyer.

Claudine was wonderful. Detailed oriented, professional and attentive. She helped me get my green card through my adjustment of status, although the case was difficult and should have taken much longer with a different lawyer.I Would recommend her to anyone who needs immigration help!
