I was caught in a very tough immigration situation. As a foreign citizen, I would have had to face a removal procedure in case of any other outcome than approval to my petition for a non-immigrant visa. Attorney Gasana immediately understood the seriousness of my situation. From the very first consultation, she acted as if my case was the only one on her desk. None of my many questions remained without answer more than few hours. I wouldn't have space to retell the whole story of my VISA process, but to give you some specifics, after hiring another attorney, paying him upfront (he didn't move a finger until he got his paycheck), with a scope he gave us of 2-3 moths to get my VISA (in January), he delayed us over and over, kept asking for more and more information until a point where he was asking again for stuff he already had... pushing us back and back in time, with no hope in filing for my VISA ever. We had to resign to the idea that it was going to happen after 6 or so months. After hiring Claudine's attorneys bureau everything went finally smooth. She was extremely diligent, only took a couple of days to review things and get back to us, and it seemed she had pretty clear what we needed and what else was missing. She filed my VISA application in less than a month and finally, I have my approval! With her, every milestone I expected... came earlier than I planned.
