Patten Title did a great job again supporting us with this closing for an investment property. We pivoted mid way through the process from a loan to all cash closing and the team was very responsive and kept up with the changes we required from them.

I had sold property to an awesome company called corocan prestige and they use patton title company ..we used closing team 1 and I have to say without them I’d have been lost due to first time selling property ..they were very quick to get everything down and closing complete and I received my money the day after closing only because I had check mailed but would have received it day of closing otherwise..they are thorough with all the paperwork ,respectful ,kind and close really quick!! I recommend them to anyone

Go with a Smaller Firm. They are liars who are very disorganized. They messed up my paperwork and argued with me until one Attorney caught the mistake. Thank you Ricardo for fixing it but then you lied to me about the EIF claim.
