Patten Title, River Oaks did a great job with my home sale closing. Staff was knowledgeable, caring throughout process. Got it done in 18 days! I was in Montana at time of closing and I closed with a notary who was also knowledgeable and did a great job. It was a really good experience.

Worst experience ever I am Mental health patient and had the worst experience with this firm, no only was I discriminated against my mental health but also antagonized by my own attorney and spoken to like a child and belittled. Absolutely brought my mental state to a great depression and a mental breakdown.
