With Patten Title Company, Closing was made super easy! They we're patience enough with me with all the questions I had. Also courteous with me and my busy schedule. They did NOT rush me just to close or anything. They made sure to be professional and prompted. Even though they had my name misspelled, they took care of that quickly. I understand we're human and errors/mistakes happens. But I wouldn't rather anyone else dealing with my title! CLOSING TEAM 2, you ROCK!

As a Real Estate Investor, you really need a Title Company that understands what you do. After struggling with other title companies, we discovered Patten Title. They have now helped us closed a dozen purchase and sale transactions including a portfolio REFI of 25 homes. Their communication is great and the closing process is easy and done on time.
