I’ve had the BEST experience with patten. Specifically closing team two. Miranda is so amazing, patient, and knowledgeable. They take time to educate when I don’t understand something and they always work really fast on my deals. I’ve had bad experiences at other title companies but from start to finish Patten and closing team 2 does an amazing job for me and my business.

I want to give a shout out to Closing Team 2 at Patten. I typically am working 2-6 transactions at a time with them, and they are extremely helpful with some of the complicated scenarios and tight timelines we face. Miranda always has a friendly word while cheerfully making sure the file progresses, Shea is the voice of reason for confusing title situations, and Arjuna is responsive and on top of fast-moving communication as we get to closing.
