Having Busby and Associates Law firm represent you it is not just a necessity it is also a privilege. He was a United States Marine who served this country and that tell it all. They helped me out in my time of need. They worked hard to get my case done. Even though the pandemic, they worked tirelessly to try and fight for my case. I found them through a friend who also had success. They represented me for 2 years for myself and my two daughters after a woman hit me head on. The lady had All-State insurance, who never almost never settles out of court, and they were able to do so for the asking amount. They fought hard for me and my family and esp during covid the money we got was a tremendous help. Attorney was nice. Very professional. However it is nearly impossible to get ahold of him/her. The phones are rarely picked up and when they are they just tell you the same information time and time again. Settlement was kind of low to what I was expecting specially for a commercial accident but never the less still got my medical bills paid and got a little chuck of change in my pocket. Be ready to wait because it will be longer than you expect it to take. Mine took 2 years to settle.

They will try their best to fight for you and win! They were understanding about issues whether financial or personal and they’re willing to work with you if there are any problems or concerns. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of people but I’m sure they were just very busy. I’ve hired them twice so far and although during the process it can be frustrating as emotions get in the way, the end result was always good.
