I had a free discussion with Kreig LLC about a probate case that I'm involved with that has been going on for four years. I'm an heir and no nothing about probate law, so wanted to get some process questions answered. The woman I talked to answered all my questions for free and was very helpful. Don't believe the positive reviews those are from their free phone consultations. I was an actual customers that had to terminated my agreement with this company after they had charged me 1500.00 dollars beyond the 5000.00 that I had agreed on probating a copy of a Will. There were no outstanding complications in this case that needed to be completed that would caused the overage in probating the Will. It was just an initial lure for business to me. They ran through the initial 5000.00 quite expedient so I could pay the additional cost every month. I am sure that if I would not have terminated their services before the probate process was complete it could have possibly exceeded $10,000 dollars. To date I have paid them $1600.00 hundred over the $5000.00 I was initially quoted. This firm doesn't communicate with you beyond emails requesting you to get forms notarized. If court gets canceled you get no explanation why. The paralegal I had was the absolute worst. My lawyer assigned left the company and I was charged fees an excess for the new lawyer to review through all documents. It isn't my fault that the lawyer left the firm ...I reached out to client services about the invoices but of course they stated all the invoices were correct. I emailed them and told them I was running out of money and that was ignored. This firm is the absolute worst and so glad I terminated my contract before I was out beyond the 6600.00 they took from me. Shameful
