I highly recommend this firm. I called for a free consultation to see about hiring an attorney for probate. I spoke with Erin who is an attorney there. She was extremely nice and well versed. We asked a lot of questions about probate and she seemed to know a lot about anything we asked. None of our questions stumped her and she was really helpful on providing any information we needed.

Erwin is a magnificent listener and answered questions clearly and concisely. She was patient when I paused to look at my notes and gather my thoughts. Her tone of voice is pleasant and cordial. She speaks fluently and tailors her language to the listeners' experience in probate law. This lady has fantastic public relations skills. As an administrator, she would serve to make your firm reputable among the public. Her knowledge base was complete for my questions. She is a charming person to communicate with.

Run, don’t walk from this firm. Although I understood additional costs could incur, I was told to expect $1500 for basic wills for my husband and myself, along with specific supplemental documents such as durable powers of attorney. I paid that $1500 up front. When I finally severed my contractual relationship with Kreig, I had paid over $2700 for two poorly drafted wills, filled with simple typos, that didn’t accomplish what I had explained at length to the attorney. I never received the expected supplemental documents and shudder to think what their completion would have cost. So I cut my losses. Ultimately the quality of the draft wills was so substandard, I had the documents redrafted outside of this law firm. I would have been better off and $2700 richer by pulling boiler plate wills off the internet.

Besides being unprofessional and making countless mistakes on my case which I had to have corrected (and pay for), I ended up having to pay thousands more than I was originally told. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone and wish I would’ve went elsewhere. So many things I was charged for that even after arguing, were not resolved. Legal staff would send extremely vague emails that were missing necessary information in which I would have to ask for and then I would get charged for. Also they made countless mistakes regarding names and identification numbers which I luckily caught when they did not. Also my attorney took a leave of absence and I was not answered for over a month and then the new attorney assigned without my knowledge had a more expensive rate and she did not take any time to review my case and also made many mistakes.

Mrs. D-McKinney is the TRUTH!! First time speaking with her about a consul we literally talked for a good min! It was personalized as if I have known her for years. She also has a great sense of humor and is very straightforward!! She was also willing to work with me as far as payments and that was greatly appreciated!! Highly recommend!! Please don’t do business with this company in regards to anything in reference to probating a will. . The higher star reviews are telephone consultations. I was quoted 5000.00 to probate my mom’s will and now I am up to 1600.00 dollars beyond that cost and still being charged for bogus charges. It is shameful to take advantage of individuals in their most vulnerable time.
