I hired Marjorie as the Plaintiff. Unfortunately, she did not properly serve the defendant, and the judge had to schedule a hearing for insufficient service. The entire time, she approached me in a very condescending way. Although her persona is very arrogant and aggressive, she yelled at me the majority of the time and I constantly had to repeat myself the entire time. When I fired her, she biasly charged me of 20 hours of work she did not commit. In addition, she even threatened to put a lean out on my case.

After i was refused help from other attorneys, I met with Murphy Law Firm, who agreed to take my case. In the very beginning Ms. Murphy explained to me how much she believed in my case. This confirmed I made the right choice! Every office visit became more like a family meeting which i miss.. "Thank you for a wonderful experience and SUPER outcome!" I would refer the Murphy Law Firm, to anyone who is looking for a compassionate, experience person, who enjoys knowing the Law. The thing that set Marjorie apart from other attorneys was her immediate belief in my case. I’d spoken to over 20 different lawyers offices, explaining my case over and over, just for them to refer me to another lawyer, who referred me to another lawyer, and so on. It was very discouraging and frustrating. Perhaps my issue was too ‘small fry’ for them or they just didn’t believe in it. However, after meeting Marjorie for my initial consultation she agreed to assist. I instantly had hope to finally achieve a resolution because not only did I believe in me, but someone else did as well. The other thing that stood out, was the reasonable charge for the service. Most lawyers are known to price gauge and try to take as much money as possible. I found her to be flexible and fair in this regard. (Even from the beginning I appreciated being able to speak to Marjorie directly. I didn’t go through an intermediary person, I didn’t have to pay hundreds or thousands for an initial consultation just to speak with her a few minutes, and she was able to literally squeeze me in within a couple days). She’s a VERY busy person but somehow she still manages to make time to respond very quickly to emails, make you feel a priority, and make time to talk between depositions and court if needed. She has some amazing organizational skills! In the end, I believe if you’re walking down the path you’re ordered to go down, things will fall into place.. the right people to do the job, and the right outcome. Marjorie was definitely that person and I’m extremely grateful to have found her and worked with her. I highly recommend!
