Great firm!

I wish if there were no ratings option available for a big time scam like Foster LLP. If you are looking for crooks, liars, incompetent lawyers, and a total waste of your money, delay no further. The filling of my labor certification for a permanent residency was delayed from 2016 till end of 2017 deliberately without no good reason. The Department of labor and USCIS became stringent and started to scrutinize the documents in 2017 and this incompetent crooks, Foster LLP, didn’t stand a chance since then. There were absurd and silly mistakes on my application such as getting my degree and job description wrong. Obviously, my petition was denied and life became a living hell. The best part was that all the lies that Foster came up to defend themselves and completely stopped communication with me. I have no doubt that they must have messed up many innocent applicants’ lives and don’t understand how they are still in business.

Most honest sincere detailed consultation I have ever received. The experience was just great and very different compared to other attorneys that I have visited. There was no rush, no pressure at all, no false hope, no miss guided information or, empty promises. Mr. Foster knows immigration better than any lawer in HOUSTON. I highly recommend him. He will tell you the truth rather than just trying to take your case then sucking money out of you.

I worked with Dorothee Mitchell on two important immigration applications. First when a company offered me a position in US when I was outside US. Dorothee recognized that I would be eligible for O-1. Dorothee's work on my O-1 application was nothing short of a perfection. Every pieces were meticulously put together to make a compelling case. I got my O-1 approved and moved to US last year. This year when I decided to apply for EB-1A, I went back to Dorothee. She did a phenomenal job again putting together a great application and I just received my EB-1A approval. For me what I stood out about Dorothee is she won't just say things to get your business. She will ask hard questions, evaluate the details, and when she agrees to take your case, she will give her best. I am happy that my applications got approved. But even if it was not, I would have been happy knowing that my lawyer did her best. I highly recommend her.
