Alexandra Vickery was exceptional to work with! She helped my parents out with their immigration case and kept up with all communication no matter what questions they had or at what hour. It was more than a poor service experience, it was traumatic. No one wants to inmigrante because is nice or easy, immigration is a painful and complex desicion, that deserves more respect and human consideration. Actually one star Is probably way to much, hope other persons do not be hurt as we were, all persons, independently of race or origin deserves an opportunity.
