Pierce Skabanek represented me in a very high profile wrongful death case. I had never been in the situation I was in and the case lasted around four years. Whenever I felt Uninformed or just needed more information or reasurance Paul had no problems getting on the phone with me to clear up any questions I had.

I call to see if they can take my case. Maria and brenda told me that someone will get back to me . No one call me and i keep calling them with no results. So i got another attorney. The other attorney got my case fast. I called this law firm to let them know i got representation from another firm. Then sara told me ohhh we cant take your case by the way. This ladies Sarah, Maria and Brenda need some training. I'm glad i got another attorney.

I did everything I was sup6to do. The attorney handling my case left the firm. We had agreed no court because of COVID. He said was best not to go to court. They ended up settling for 80,000.00, but I only received 7,000.00. I was told the reason it was so much f them and not for me was because they were preparing for court... which wasn't true. I'm sure they're enjoying my money. Such a shame. I was under the impression the attorney kept 33%, not with this attorney.
