My husband and his father used this law firm and it’s taken 3 years to get a 900$ check AND they held onto the check(s) for months would NOT send them out or send paperwork to sign. We had to drive 5 hours away and come to Houston to pick them up and the lady at the office had checks waiting but over email day before they said it was by appointment only blah blah. They are LIARS! Don’t use them. And Since will wants to go into DETAIL. No settlement was refused. The only paperwork you even sent was to agree to the amount they were getting AFTER fees. I also have ALL emails. I always come with receipts. Now Mr will and whoever Tannia Sanchez is give the run around with NO updates. They don’t answer your calls unless you call from a different number ALSO as stated above kept the checks FOR MONTHS!! Did not mention they even had them until I had to call about 3 times in the same day. And I SAID WHAT I SAID!! WORST PLACE EVER!! and will be speaking to the owner, paul? If not, I’ll find out. :) and when I say we had to come to Houston to pick them up, we HAD TO cause your sorry Law firm can’t do their jobs. Thank ya!

They did what they could for my family but when it came time to collect the money it did take a little while.

Don't waste your time! I know accidents are very hard thing but don't fall for this place, I had an accident I lost my car because somebody else drive reckless and I been feel like I the one who made the mistake when I crash the car. Is Frustrating they are lack professionalism. You never met your lawyer. And they just called you to ask you stupid questions. I do not recommend using this place to solve an accident!!!!

They are horrible at communicating and updating you about your case, I wish I would have went with another firm.. they are just dragging this out to get as many billable hours as they can. 2yrs and counting for a auto accident. Seems like the other side is running the show and they are the ones AT FAULT? They have no urgency or tenacity to help or benefit you and your family and will leave you to figure it out injured and broke. Countless emails and messages and NO SOLUTIONS. THE OPTIMUM OF DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Wouldn't recommend them to a pack of stray dogs..

Great lawyers they keep me updated about my case, when I email about an update on my case I get a reply within 5 minutes.

Worst law firm ever! 2 of my friend and I was in a car accident and the person who was at fault admitted to fault and after 7 years 2 of them only got 1k each and I got 1500. While the law firm received 6k and all the medical received 1800-3k. Look else where cause this place is a joke!

Undecided about quality of care given to clients concerns, issues 🤔// Your response doesn't make it any better since you picked the medical facilities. My sentiments in regards to my care were not observed treatments I expressed opposition to, approved by your office against my wishes. Small car accidents maybe but I don't recommend for big cases involving bus or trucks.!!! Well nothing has changed, NO,CONTACT, VIA PHONE NOR EMAILS ITS LIKE THEY DON'T EXIST, Well I see some people are satisfied with their work, I was called in November and asked to change my review 🙃 🙄, I will not it's been nearly 2 year's since I signed this law firm paper work. I have yet to receive a dime even though I was called again in January asking if accounting department had gotten in touch with me. Which they had not. A few days later I received a email to sign documents that would not allow signatures. So I sent them certified mail. Again I called them to inquire about the certified mail, February here it is May 2 years later. For those that feel good about this firm happy for you, unfortunately I can't change my review because of the fact that nothing has changed.

Lawyers often times get very ugly reviews. Some of you are saying, "With good reason!", for sure. We all know that isn't a fair statement being that every field of employment has some really bad people. My brother is an Attorney so I do tend to be a bit protective of what people say and I want to point out there are some excellent attorney's out there that actually do what they do because they care about people and they have an instinct to stand up for people and help. In ANY field, we are all at the mercy of getting stuck with a terrible person that you don't trust. This is very important to me being that I am Trans and I dont really trust anybodys intentions. Even if I did, "The road is paved with the best of intentions." I never forget that, ever! Now to my point. This firm represented me in a personal injury case. This is to be a meaningful honest review so I dont want to spend much time on ANY negatives. Briefly, I ran into an Attorney that was rude, mean and I fealt he was a bigot by his commentary in our correspondence. I blamed the firm for hiring him. Now, I am very confident they didn't know he was like that, how could they? Needless to say our personalities did not align at all and I fired him. A young, talented and very polite and professional Attorney named Mark Guerra called me one day and made a monster swing at reconciling our relationship and I was very skeptical. He listened to everything I had to say in triplicate, the poor guy, as you can see I am never at a loss for words. He showed empathy and was professional and polite despite my demeanor. He was thorough and set very reasonable and fair expectations of how he could see resolve and asked if we could finish the case in a mutually satisfactory way. Simply put, that's all I wanted and afterall the firm DID get a settlement offer for me. I did NOT want anyone getting screwed out of spent money to file a case as well as time and trouble. I didnt want to get screwed either. In an effort to close this review, Mark Guerra actually made reasonable promises he could keep, set fair expectations based on facts of the case he could clearly see and completed my case to my 100 percent, yes 100 percent satisfaction. He kept his word and called me back every single time I called and promptly answered every non trusting email I could put in front of him. Mark acted in exceptional good faith and handled me in a very fair and simple approach anybody could really appreciate. Every single thing I wrote is precisely the way I feel about Mark and this firm and validates completely to me that you cannot blame an entire firm for the actions of one person. My interaction with every other individual in this firm was flawless and and I feel it is my RESPONSIBILITY, to point out when somebody did what I consider to be an impeccable job to help me and his firm to resolve a terrible situation for me and a firm that did nothing to earn my criticism. I already got my settlement VERY QUICKLY when Mark intervened and I would be remis if I didn't say I am very happy and HIGHLY recommend this firm. I have not been paid to say this and I dont review enough. Needless to say, the bad lawyer is no longer with this firm. Isnt that a fair ending to something that did not start well? All anybody wants is to FEEL like they made a good choice with a trustworthy, polite and caring individual and firm, that can expeditiously resolve the matter at hand and release the funding. I wanted to FEEL like the attorney had empathy for my situation, cared about me to some degree and would be honest and follow thru with his word. Despite his personal feelings about me or the way I conduct myself in anger. Mark Guerra is a great Attorney and the firm and its employees did a flawless job for me once they knew the facts of what could have been very ugly and disasterous for all of us. I do apologize for the length of this review and the run on sentences. It all needed to be said and I could go on all day about the attitude and demeanor of an excellent Attorney like Mark and a professional firm like this!
