Horrible experience. This law office is not responsive, not inclusive and I don’t believe them to be honest. My experience working with this office has been very weird and unprofessional. I didn’t personally seek them out my ex colleague did. They have ignored my request as one of the Plaintiffs on the case. They were unable to answer important questions about the status often case with full transparency. They chose not to answer the questions that appear to had exposed many reasons why our case hadn’t properly settled . . They claim they communicate but they don’t. I have caught them in many lies by documenting what they say and later comparing conversations and nothing really aligns. I started asking more questions and they decide to part ways with me, never answering the questions related to the case and lying to me about the details of the case. Be careful

I was wrongfully terminated from my job and I was devastated. Something like this has never happened to me so I didn’t know what to do. I was told to contact my union steward and they told me that it would take a year before they could get to my case so I contacted the Department of Labor and I filed a complaint. When they called me back the person who was going to represent me right away started telling me that I probably wouldn’t win even though I had a valid claim. I decided to handle the situation on my own so I filed a EEOC complaint.
