I was very happy with the outcome of my case. I was able to get the money that I had worked for. They were very helpful and stayed in communication with me to let me know the status of my case. I would recommend them if you have worked over 40 hours and not been paid your overtime.

I had the pleasure of woking with Mr.Slobin on an employment matter and he was nothing but professional, informed and reassuring. It was possibly one of the most stressful things I have ever been through but knowing I had Todd representing me put my mind at ease. I am so pleased with the outcome.

If it’s not apparent by the other reviews I will confirm and reinforce the negative aspects of this company. A 2.5 star law firm should say it all. I was involved in a lawsuit, against my request. A previous employer of mine was sued for unpaid wages and I was roped into a settlement case with this law firm. I received notice in the mail of funds that were now legally owed to me and to contact Josephson Dunlap immediately to verify correct contact info. I could use the money, so I did. In January. I type this email on the 24th of March, 2021 without any of that money. For the last 4 months I have checked my mailbox daily as instructed by this law firm. They use a third party company to distribute checks, yet have poor communication with that company and have “ no idea when they send them out but they will text me eventually once they confirm the checks will be sent out.” By the 8th phone call I’ve given up on this law firm. I will never recommend this law firm to any of my peers. Ultimately, winning the case is great but if the law firm cannot distribute my funds into my account what good was it? I can send $1000s in a split second with technology today. Yet, I’ve waited 4 months for them to send me the money owed to me?! I could’ve walked to Texas by now and picked up the check in person faster. Only the strongest will survive and with a reputation like this, I wish better for people who need a reliable law firm to handle their legal matters. What a shame.
