The store was supposed to open at 10a but no one arrived until 10:45a, then the game I Wanted was not available...

Mr. Spurling and his office handled our case with patience and kindness, and even though it can be a slow process we were always kept informed. Working your way through the aftermath of a car accident can also be really confusing, so I'm grateful that we could call or email the office to receive clarification when needed.
