Disregard all the negative reviews, Taft Foley is AWESOME!! When I thought the EEOC wasn't going to find any justice in my case, my file was handed off to Mr. Taft Foley and I must say he did an amazing job helping me settle my discrimination case. He is the most kind, generous and successful attorney that I've ever met and even though my case was taking longer than expected, he helped me get back the money I deserved. He made sure my case was settled and made sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend him strongly with 5 stars! He has made my family completely happy. Thank you again The Foley Law Firm. the people who work here are very unprofessional. i didn't see the bad review until after my car accident case took over a year to finish. I later found out that he had closed my case and lied about how much I had goten back. he never gave me any paperwork i have finally had to go to get another lawyer to get mines back from him. like the review says i hated it. only use him if you already have another lawyer to sue him for all your money back.

I am a former client of this firm and I am very unhappy with the way my case and my children's case was handled. Run, run as fast as you can. This law firm is not to be trusted, he is known for stealing money from his clients. He told me my case and my children's case settled for a certain amount and he had to pay the medical doctor's directly, when I asked for a copy of my file he cursed at me and immediately hung up the phone. He offered to pay me after I found out he stole money from my case and my children's case. This attorney is very unethical and unprofessional. He pays chiropractors a different amount from what the client's sign on their settlement statement. I regret switching from my previous attorney to go with him but he offered me $500.00 if I switched to his office. He is not to be trusted and doesn't deserve to practice law!!!
