They fight for you

While looking for a parking spot in a private parking lot along with my one year old daughter & dog a truck backed into my driver's side door. My daughter screamed in fear from the sidden impact. As a Mother my first reaction was to make sure my baby was okay. I climbed into the back seat to comfort her. She was okay for the most part and my dog was as well. Thanks to the most High for car seats. That following week I began to experience neck & lower back pain. I called around the whole almost state of Louisiana for 2 weeks straight. No one would take my case because of the Louisiana no pay, no play law. The vehicle I was driving was my fiancee's and I found out that he had no insurance on the vehicle, so once the attorneys I called in Louisiana heard that they no longer wanted to speak with me & refused to accept my case. Thankfully I remembered I saw a post on Facebook of an attorney that boosted about how good of a lawyer he was & that he was also licensed in Louisiana!!! I sent him a long message explaining how frustrated I was with not being able to find an attorney that would accept my case because of the no pay, no play law. He then sent me a message a few seconds later stating that he would take it and to call his office to give them the info. OMG!! I was so relieved. I could've cried. They gave me the info of the doctor to go to not to far from my home. I went there for approximately 4 months and State Farm settled my case the next month for $15,000. I am eternelly grateful for Attorney Dennis Spurling & his staff for helping me with a case that no one in Louisiana wanted anything to do with & will recommend him to everyone I know in Texas & Louisiana. P.S. He even fought the doctor I went to to lower his cost of services so I could get more money. Most COURAGEOUS ATTORNEY EVER!!!!
