Unfortunately, my tenant has insisted and rejected to move out after the of 30 days notice. Ernie Garcia’s law firm helped me through all the eviction process. We went to court, won, they still didn’t want to leave. Tenant only moved out 3 days before the ‘forcefully eviction’ day. Their prices are very reasonable. Hope not but if I ever have another tenant eviction case, I would definitely go forward with this law firm. Strongly recommended.

Very knowledgeable attorney, Mr. Garcia gave me all the instructions on a 30 minute consultation to properly take possession of my rental property after a tenant appeared to have abandoned it. I've tried to evictions myself in the past but tiny paperwork errors made caused me major delays and larger loss of money due to unpaid rent. You can hire them to handle your case or you can pay them for a consultation and make sure all your forms are correct and handle things yourself.

Mike was wonderful! He got my case dismissed in a short period of time and was very communicative . No matter the time of day he always responded and kept me updated on my case! He was also very affordable and worked with me on payment plans. Although I want be getting in any more trouble ever again lol I highly recommend Sardari law firm!!!
