Sardari is such a gift to people who are unfortunate in situations with the police. Most times, the mistakes we make for silly or unknown reason tent to hurt us but with Attorney Mike Sardari who carefully listen to his clients, take up calls and encourage you and diligently work you to regaining your freedom is so worth to mention about Attorney Mike. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of these unfortunate situations out there. Attorney Sardari is good at his job and very fair in pricing. He listens to his clients, he is always available whenever you call and take cases personal and seriously. You will be happy you work with him.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Mr Garcia and his office (Richard, Martha, Olga, Dasha, and Jackie) for handling my case since March to finally completion in the beginning ofJune. The story began way in 2021. I came to Mr Garcia after I got burned by an eviction agent who claimed never lost the case but who failed to be present at my JP hearing which set me back my another month. That person also left me with far from perfect 3 days notice. I was desperate and stressed to the max. Out of that desperation I started searching YouTube and accidentally stumbled on Earnie's videos. I spend next 48 hrs listening and absorbing all this info. Honestly, I even wondered why he is doing this for free, just giving away precious knowledge that others charge arm and a leg. Having been burned by someone else, I was looking for a catch. So I called my friend who is a realtor asking for the referral to a good honest attorney in this area. I was astonished when out of hundreds of names who practice in Houston and vicinity the first that popped from her mouth, was Earnie Garcia! I am sure that was a sign from the above for me. I called as soon as office opened and never regretted. I first booked 30 min consultation and came with 2 pages of questions. By the time we were done, I looked at the clock and 50 min passed! Mr Garcia answered all my questions and only when I was out of steam, we ended. This helped me to win 1st step at JP court where I represented myself, even though the tenant came with his attorney. However, when my tenant appealed, I knew what to do and let Mr Garcia handle this part which is a lot more complicated. I had lots of questions again, I am really good at it. Everyone in the office was very patient with me and gave me knowledgeable answers that made me comfortable. When I requested in person meeting to prepare me for court hearing, I got no objections. Richard probably spend a couple of hours with me with no complains. Finally this is over, the tenant moved out and I am working on making property presentable again and putting it behind me. However I felt that the closure will only come after I acknowledge that finding Earnie and this group was what finally brought the light at the end of the very dark tunnel.

I have handled about a dozen evictions myself. But when a tenant appealed, I knew that I needed professional representation. Ernie provided it. Under the circumstances, he got me the best outcome that I could have hoped for.
