I rented out a house for the first time. The tenant didn't pay rent from the beginning. We had to go through the court process with the Justice of Peace and then the county court because the tenant appealed. Eventually, the tenant filed for bankruptcy. The team at The Law Office of Ernie Garcia helped us handle this complicated situation. After a long legal battle of more than 6 months, we regained possession of the property. The team was diligent, knowledgeable about the eviction process, and guided us throughout. Lais, who worked on our case, was very efficient and kept us informed about the eviction process. I am very pleased with the legal help they provided and that we got our property back. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a difficult eviction situation.

I hired Mr. Garcia to assist me with an eviction case and he did win, so I give 2 stars for that. However he is very expensive and every minute he speaks to you, you will be charged a hefty fee. I never felt like he had true empathy or cared about me. It is my personal opinion he’s just out to get the clients money and it’s off putting. He gets defensive very easy and says “feel free to hire someone else” constantly, how cute for him when he’s already billed us hundreds of dollars. Never again! I have now found an attorney that’s more affordable, kind and doesn’t get offended every two seconds.

Un excelente abogado desestimo mi caso en el tiempo que me dijo excelente comunicación a la hora que le escribí y llame contesto llamadas y mensajes lo recomiendo 100% mi caso era de alcohol y lo termino en la segunda corte y no quedo nada en mi récord muy buen trabajo

Mr. Sadari is an excellent attorney & I highly recommend. He was able to get my charge reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. I am extremely grateful for him. I picked him out of several attorneys that had contacted me via mail. When I read his letter I literally felt in my heart that he was the perfect attorney for me & carried his mail in my purse until I reached out to him. He also allowed payment arrangements as advertised. I cannot thank him enough for his time & hard work!!! Definitely top tier & greatly appreciated.

Mr Sardari was everything I needed. He took care of everything as he said he would. I'm very pleased with how he handled my case and he will be contacted in the future if I ever need him again.

He wouldn't let me speak/ tell my story.. I felt like I was being Interrogated.. Talked at and talked over... very disrespectful.. wouldn't recommend wish I could give -5 stars
