Mr. Garcia demonstrated profound knowledge and professionalism and a helpful and pleasant demeanor. I reached out to him for guidance regarding an issue with my tenant who violated the lease agreement and left the property in a deplorable state. Mr. Garcia provided me with insights that were hard to accept, but his high ethical standards dissuaded me from pursuing a lawsuit against the individuals involved. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to engage his services if I ever require legal assistance (though I hope not to).

I had a 30 minute Zoom meeting with Ernie Garcia regarding a small claims petition that I was ready to file. He pointed out a couple of items that I couldn't claim and some ways in which I could improve my petition. The session was very worth while.

We used the Law Office of Ernie Garcia for a tenant that was effectively squatting. The tenant new every trick in the book and hadn't paid any rent at all in 2023. The first law firm we used was incompetent. We were referred to Ernie by a management organization and are completely satisfied. Complete knowledge of process, procedures and proper execution. Erine can't change the speed of the legal process but will make the process much more palatable. Thank you very much for all your help.

I've had the most amazing and seemless experience with The Sardari Law Firm! Mr. Sardari is very humble, professional and he exceeded my expectations! He was able to get my court date expedited and bogus charges dismissed on a day i was expecting a reset! Although he's busy, he kept his word and i'm so appreciative of him for that! Mr. Garcia, thank you for your timely help with a non paying renter. We have used another attorney in the past and would have to prod and prod before anything was sent to the renter.

Very helpful with getting a lease for a rental property. Was expensive, but good to be able to get the lease and speak with an attorney to ensure that the lease is up to standards.
