Not very happy with them, I chose to go with them because someone recommended them but it’s really hard to get a hold of them, it’s been 7 months since my accident and still dealing with this, I CALLED THE INSURANCE myself to get an update and they said they had not received any invoices or “demand” from the attorneys office, so therefore the insurance can’t pay me… not very professional in my opinion if the client has to call and follow up on his own case… but ohhhh I’m sure they are gonna want their 30% cut at the end. 🤦🏽‍♂️

We had an excellent experience with Mr. McDaniel, Attorney at Law, regarding my wife’s traffic ticket. Mr. McDaniel suggested an option to dismiss the ticket, which we were not even aware of. My husband and I found Mr. McDaniel on our legal plan, and we decided to give him a call. Unlike other law firms where your call goes straight to voicemail or answering service, my call was actually answered by Mr. McDaniel himself, so we decided to have him represent me in my case of a falsely accused speeding ticket. Why false? My car is an EV and on eco mode of driving, which cannot possibly accelerate to 50mph quickly after a right turn at a light intersection, and I strongly believe my case was given out of racial stereotype. The officer was extremely rude, disrespectful, aggressive and racist toward me and my husband after he had pulled us over and my husband asked him the reason why. We did not want to waste much time and effort fighting against the officer in court, so we asked Mr. McDaniel for assistance. He was very professional and courteous throughout the process, from exchanging emails, to appearing / representing me at court the day-of for my deferred disposition, to completing his service within 2 hours. Everything was clear up front and no hidden cost. He even went out of his way to help other people that came to court for their issues but not knowing well what they were supposed to do. I think that is very kind of him and I will certainly have him take care of my future legal matters, and definitely refer him to my friends and families.
