I contacted Mr. McDaniel through my Hyatt Legal Plan. He wasn't the first attorney that I called on my list. However, he was the first to actually answer the phone. He was on a call and asked if he could call me back, which he did. I was impressed because it was within an hour. He was attentive and personal. I told him about my spouses driving tickets. He walked me through the procedure, appeared on my husband's behalf and set a new date. His communication was impressive, he made sure to remind us of when and where to appear. When my husband had his court date, Mr. McDaniel walked him through what would happen etc. He also followed up thanking us for allowing him to represent us.
