I spoke with one of the attorneys for legal advice and he was so incredibly rude and short with me form the jump. I was calling in regards to an ongoing issue with a neighbor that has been constantly terrorizing me and his landlord refuses to do anything about it so I sought out legal advice. The way this attorney spoke to me was so unprofessional and rude, it just wasn’t necessary. Oddly enough , I wish I could’ve afforded him because he would’ve, most likely, wiped the floor with my neighbor and his landlord based simply on how mean he was to me lol however, this does not excuse his tone towards me. If this is how he speaks to all his potential clients than im shocked anyone would want to hire this miserable poor excuse for a human being. But hey, lawyers, am I right? Not sure if he was having a bad day, I’m sure being a lawyer is hard and it appears being a lawyer and a decent human being at the same time must be even harder! Shame on you! You need to work on your bedside manner and treat people better, people are going to you for your professional advice and service, the least you could do is show a little compassion and empathy. Money and power does not excuse your god awful behavior! Do better. Thanks :)

I can’t express how much Rex has done for my family and I. He is great with respond back in a timely manner, down to business and got this taken care of quickly. Our previous lawyer didn’t do much and thankfully someone told us about Rex Mann. I’m so great full they did. He looked into it and found out that he needed to get started on it quickly and he did. Very down to earth and professional. I definitely will recommend him. The staff is also very helpful and will go out of their way to help answer questions. If you want to not be ripped off, misled, lied to and baited along in order to have your funds drained under the guise of legal representation, you should 100% avoid this law firm.. you will be billed for numerous hours of misrepresentation and they will not give you a clear answer.. if you have the extreme misfortune of being assigned a lawyer named Rex Bennet at this firm, I offer my condolences in advance.. the senior partners will not help you with any of the mishandling of this extremely incompetent lawyer either… they may even add insult to injury.. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DO MORE RESEARCH AND FIND A DIFFERENT AND MORE SKILLED FIRM. they will raise your fees and charge you extra if you question any of their shady practices.. . I’ve spoken to the Texas bar association about this firm numerous times and they are being watched. I’d give a negative 5 star review if possible. You have been warned

Rex Mann…is quite literally, the man. He responded quickly to my inquiry and listened patiently as I explained my situation. I didn’t feel rushed during the call and although I’m in a tough spot and he was unable to help, he continually validated my feelings whilst being realistic about my options. Hard to find integrity like that these days. 10/10.
