I called up Rex Mann, he actually answered his phone, told him what I had going on. Unfortunately he wasn't able to help me, but he gave me some direction to accomplish what I needed. He didn't have to take his time to do that. He could have simply he sorry it's to small of a case, but he didn't. Thank you Rex Mann!

Rex Mann was recommended to me through my boss due to my apartment being flooded, mold present, and construction taking a month. Rex was texting me on Christmas Day making sure I was ok, and letting me know he could call me the following day (today). Rex didn’t ask me for a consultation fee like the 3 other offices I called (before i heard of him), and he was on the phone with me for 45 minutes assessing my case and ultimately giving me a lot of advice on how to move forward independently (without hiring him!). I can tell he has a passion for what he does and cares to actually help people in the process, not just about making his profit.
