I had a real estate issue that I did not know how to handle. I left a message with Mann Philips and Rex Mann called me back within the hour. Rex listened to my situation, and recommended a course of action. His recommendation was something other than the use of his services...I appreciate his honesty, and generously providing me some time, and not steering me toward his services. This time my situation and his services were not the right fit but if a situation ever arises again where I need legal real estate council I will go to Rex Mann first!

Recently helped me settle a real estate transaction that was a bit complicated. He got it closed with no hic-ups and in a timely manner. Later there was an issue with the new buyer dragging his feet about paying the taxes, but Rex stayed on him until it was paid!

We used Mr. Mann's services a couple of times now for business related legal matters. Both times, he responded quickly, and kept me up to date on his findings and research. He is knowledgeable and effective. Would definitely recommend.

I didn't have to talk to him for more than a couple of minutes on the phone to realize Rexx has lots of experience and knowledge. He asked all of the right questions. Probed each contract point. But he didn't run up the bill nor waste anyone's time. When I presented an unusual problem, he immediately listed three totally different solutions and talked me through the tradeoffs.
