I came to this firm with the belief they were professionals. My case was handed from attorney to attorney, and finally I got a newbie. He had just graduated from school, made a horrible representation, could not express himself without stuttering and showing he had no knowledge/experience. His representation was a farce. Kennard himself would call you anytime of the day to get you to signed up. Once you put your signature, you are done. He does not take care of your case, but pass it to others, who at the end leave the firm. They even contacted me after loosing the case to obtain another retainer... without mentioning once what they would do differently. Save your dollars. Get another lawyer. Response: Well, considering that you forgot to inform me about the deposition of the other party, despite my many reminders and request, and despite that you left me hanging for over an hour on an automated telephone system that never picked up the call... I do not know what you would consider "excellent customer service". The only thing you did not forget was to charge. There must be a reason for the extreme turnover people experience at your firm. Using newly graduates to defend someone that additionally present himself in poor light, should be already criminal. You promised, but did not deliver, and finally you chickened out not believing in yourself to win.

These folks know what they are doing. Easy to communicate with.

So far so good we just started. So will see how it goes and update if needed.

I came to this law firm because i want to have some advice and understand what kind of lawful right i can have. But seems like the attorney is not familiar with my case. And in my opinion, she didn't provide enough suggestion and i just feel like my 400 dollar consultation fee went for nothing! After the 45 mins zoom meeting i send a follow up email to ask for a question, and of course there is no reply after that. Be careful choosing this law firm. This is my real personal experience.

Mr. Kennard is a true professional. He tells it like it is and is honest. He cares and that’s hard to say these days. I highly recommend this firm for whatever you need.
