After reading reviews for Kennard Law P.C. and several other firms I decided to go with Kennard Law P.C. Mr. Kennard is board certified and that was an important part of my decision. From my initial meeting with Mr. Kennard up to settlement of my discrimination case against my ex- employer, Mr. Kennard and his team provided exceptional service and expertise that got my case settled in a short amount of time. I walked away with my dignity, compensation, and a reasonable settlement to allow me time to heal from the emotional grief and suffering as a result of my situation. They said I had a good case and took a payment of $7500 based on some really great promises. Then when it was time to perform..No game plan, no communication, I had to do all the speaking during mediation passing me around from one attorney to another who has no idea about my case. I would steer clear of these guys. You've been warned. Follow-up 10/09/19: I am sincerely surprised that you are able to respond to this post since I have made at least 20 attempts to contact you between when I posted this review 5 months ago and when you responded to this post two weeks ago. I have spent my life’s work building my reputation and my career starting in the Marine Corps and I can assure you I would not sacrifice my integrity to make you look bad. I came to you when I was at one of the lowest points in my life, due to no fault of my own, and knew little to nothing about the legal system. I trusted you and instead of being accountable and helping me through this tough time you chose to question my integrity and make false claims of millions and hundreds of thousands of dollars which we both know is a blatant lie. This review is simply to give people some insight into how my case was handled so they can make an informed decision. No one should have to go through what I went through from, not only a company with discriminatory practices, but their own attorney.

I could not have had a better attorney helping me with with a legal matter that I had. Mr. Kennard personally took my case, and from start to finish, he was a calm, reassuring presence that I could rely on to ease my deepest fears and concerns.
