Excellent communication, Very Knowledgeable concerning varies plans and who is the best attorney to choose. I was unsure of what I needed but she explained everything offered and coverage. Asset to the company.

I've had a very good experience with LegalEASE so far. The agent, Michelle Chong, got on the call quickly; patiently and thoroughly answered my questions; helped me clarify my somewhat vague concerns; and gathered all the necessarily information. She explained the process and the benefits clearly and set up the search for an attorney. I was expecting a long wait on hold and a painful call, but it was quick and pleasant.

This company is worthless. Wasted my time, got auto generated responses. Can only speak with overseas outsourced people with broken English that do not know how to do their jobs. Never matched with an attorney in their network. Attorneys reject cases because they don't know how to use their system. They claim to be contacting attorneys when in fact the only contact that is made is by email through their case request system. These people are a yellow pages for attorneys. Do not waste your time with the out of network benefit. They only give $1700.00, sounds like a lot, but when attorney retainer fees are $5000.00 plus $350.00 per hour; $1700.00 doesn't even come close as a reimbursement. They claim to be in business for 38 years obviously they haven't heard of inflation. Do not believe all these fake 5 star ratings. Utter trash company. Do not recommend. If I could give negative stars I would.

Tamara, was very knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of each step in the process. She walked me through creating a case and discussed what I needed to do to ensure the best outcome. I appreciate her help.
