I received a superb service

My call representative went above and beyond to help me with my issue as well break down the details of benefits that I’m entitled to.

Michelle C provided excellent customer service! She guided me efficiently and easily thru multiple claims and was a pleasure to work with. She was thoughtful and thorough - there was no rushing to get me off the phone and move on to the next customer. Truly appreciated her assistance - it reflects very well on this team and organization. And an update a month later.. I have yet to have my claims successfully opened or addressed. The initial intake was very well done. The follow-up unfortunately has not been.

Need to tell you all how pleased I was with Cheryle Johnson with my agenda's that needed attention she was very polite, courteous and got the information out directly when I was in need of fast service. Spoken to her on numerous occasions this is after I left message, called me back on a timely fashion. She's a credit to the Company and again thanks Cheryle.

Matthew Harrison is a very nice, patient and knowledgeable representative. He explained the process and made sure I had all the Information that I needed before we got off the phone.

I thought I was all alone with this LegalEaselegal service that I have through my job, I was wondering why our job changed from MetLife for many years which was VERY helpful even if you were not going to use the attorney. First of all I had to sign up online then wait on someone to call to see what I needed, then they gave me a number to an attorney office and after the 3rd time I called the law office to get the attorney who could help me,he asked me "How can he help me!" When I explained to him what I am looking for help in "my grandparents rights"he told me it will cost me $1400 to get it started. I asked him what does my insurance carry he stated $450 for me to talk to him. He said when I get at least half of that, then call them back.

Signed up through employer. Waste of money. While customer service is nice, you cant find an attorney that will accept this as I called several and every single one says they wont accept this anymore because they are reimbursed very little to nothing. There is no network, they just contact attorneys and ask if they will work with them. One of the ones I was paired with also asked me for a 2500 retainer for the same reason. Be very careful. I would definitely not sign up for them ever again. CVS/Aetna used Hyatt in the past and they were great but now they use this to save money. I never did find anyone that would accept this.

HORRIBLE !!! I purchased legal insurance through my company. I needed help on a simple matter after a company sent me to collections even after i made payments as agreed. I called legalease. They set me up with an attorney 3 days later, but that attorney could not meet with me for a month. They set me up with another attorney a few days later and that attorney would not help me. I called back and all they would do is look for another attorney. They ( in my opinion) seem to be more of a yellow pages for attorneys, than anything. They really never helped me ( as to date) And all the money I spent on legal insurance seems to have been wasted. UPDATE ITS NOW JUNE 3RD - STILL NO HELP I BEGAN REQUESTING HELP ON APRIL 17TH 2024. NOW THEY WONT TAKE MY CALLS, IGNORE MY EMAILS AND WONT CALL ME BACK I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF !
