I've tried at least twice to make an appointment to speak with a financial advisor & while it's easy to sign up for the appointment, it says someone will reach out and nothing happens. No one calls or sends an email at the specified time. There are no notes in the calendar description explaining how to get in touch unless you want to cancel the appointment. In general, it's super unclear what's supposed to happen in a specified appointment slot.

I called my Legal Ease plan that I obtained through work and had the pleasure to speak with Tamara Kilonzi, she was very professional and guided me through how the plan worked and provided with a case number with clear instructions on next steps. Throughout our conversation Tamara was apologetic as their systems were partially down to a storm they experienced the night before. I would have never known due to her expertise, knowledge and helpfulness. Thank you Tamara for all your help!
