Ernesto did a fine job of quickly and professionally assisting me with a mix up with the attorney assignment. This is my third time working with the company and I have nothing but 5 stars of praise.

Sham-tastic. My employers deducts from my pay for coverage through legalease. To date they've sat on my case for 4 months with nothing to show for it. Now on the eve of a trial with nothing to show for it but their routine runaround "we're upgrading the priority of your case" be wary of this company Edit 4-8-24: just today one of their representatives reached out to gather information. To this company's credit there are some whom genuinely seem to care about those this company is meant to serve. If their attorney search for my case wasn't as spotty I'm sure this company may have provided viable assistance but for my case I simply cannot overlook the absurd timetable (contentious family Law matter. Any legal professional would tell you it is 10x more work to represent a man and counteract the associated prejudicial bias in family law. With how little time remains in this case an attorney simply does not have enough time to build a case of any form)

Matt did an excellent job helping us and answering questions about continuing the service after my wife’s retirement. He was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated high initiative, which we appreciated. The business world needs more Matts and less Trumps. Very helpful and informative

Avoid spending money on this service through your employer or yourself. I wish I could give minus one or minus 10 instead of one star. Totally useless service that is provided through my employer Life Point. As a physician I called just to ask one question and not a case. And simply what was said that it is not covered while in the website they have said we can cover you for any in and out of network attorneys. Totally: "Lawyers= Liars", fits them the best!
