Jose Villareal did a wonderful job explaining the benefits and quickly opened a case for me. He made the process so easy! He was also very friendly a pleasure to talk to.

I signed up through my employer, and the service felt like a bait and switch. They advertised covering simple legal documents, i.e. simple will. I connected with an attorney through the service and had an estate plan drawn-up (simple will, power-of-attorney, living will, and healthcare power-of-attorney). There was nothing complicated about the plan structure. The attorney submitted his invoice and everything but the simple will was declined. I had discussed my intentions with LegalEase in advance and at no point notified it wasn't covered under the plan. I requested to see the plan documents so I could review them myself, but it was never provided. I would not suggest using the company (or any company that won't provide details on what you are paying for...). My previous employer provided a similar legal subscription service, and a simple estate plan was covered in full, so I was even more surprised/disappointed what little value they offered.
