I called and got a chance to talk with Carlos Goicochea. He was very personable, respectful, and super helpful!
I wish everyone enjoyed their job the way he did, because you can definitely tell he loves his career. He was super friendly during a stressful time for me, and that made the process much easier/smoother.
He deserves a raise, and he definitely deserves the recognition of this review! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I’d definitely recommend him/this office to anyone !

Shout out to Ross at LegalEASE for excellent customer service. I called to obtain some information on the services offered by LegalEASE through my employer. Ross helped me navigate my company's website to the legalEASE site and then was able to provided me with the information I was seeking related to ID Protection and Estate Planning. Ross's professionalism and knowledge was most refreshing.
