I have maintained my membership with LegalEASE as the company has served me well when I needed an attorney to provide advice. This past week Jamaal at LegalEASE helped me find an attorney who helped us gain clarity on our issue. In addition, Jamaal helped me change my address on file which for some reason never was changed after 3 previous attempts with other reps. and even a letter I wrote to the company. Jamaal represented LegalEASE very well and very courteous. Keep up the great customer service!

I called with a complex request during a very serious time, and Tonya Jones, the person who answered when I first called LegalEase, was so calm, and easy to understand, and solution-oriented. I’ll never forget her manner, and I’m so grateful for her. Tonya was helpful, and gracious the whole time, a combination that is precious. Truly lovely. I wish we were all like that! Disappointed that I wasted my money and time. I called to verify coverage, prior to renewing my policy. Was assured at that time that I would be covered. A month later when I called to check in, I was notified that my claim was denied.
