amazing service & very kind!!

I called for assistance to get registered, I had an old account I needed deleted so I could register with my new employer. My member services representative was Malik O'Neal & he got my issue resolved promptly and I am happily re-registered.

Ross Huskinson was very nice and helpful. She was patient explaining to me my benefits and what my next steps are. She also made sure to send me an email with the appropriate links I needed for my issue.

I have a lot of difficulty contacting the attorney (Spencer) referred to me. I have called them over six times. I'm always told they would call me back. To date, noone has called me back. I submitted everything requested of me within days. I even spoke with Attorney Spencer, whom also promised a call back, and never did. Unfortunately, after six attempts, I have never received a call back or received an update on my case. I began contact with Attorney Spencer within days of receiving his information to see what was needed from me. Malik was very helpful and apologetic of the poor customer service I have received. Malik has great customer service and concern for me as a client.

This was a easy process. All steps were explained and received a case number and attorney quickly. I will say the attorney assigned has not returned any of the messages I have left of answered any of the texts i have sent. I have requested a new attorney be assigned. Just to make clear this is not a reflection on LegalEASE.
